Intensive program, Ballet classes must be taken minimum twice a week

Possible to concurrently study: Grade 7 or 8 Ballet, Advanced 1 & Pointe or Advanced 2 & Pointe

Days:  Monday 7:45-9:30

Description: This combined Advanced 1 & 2 class works at the same level as the syllabus classes but through free exercises. A non-syllabus class is beneficial for dancers at this level as it teaches important skills for learning new exercises quickly, practicing technique outside of the normal Royal Academy of Dance format and learning how to relax into the artistic qualities of the dance without the rigour of the syllabus work. These skills can be very useful in an audition situation for professional programs or post-secondary dance programs. Pointe work is not mandatory in this class.
