Body Conditioning with Weights

This class provides muscle conditioning using light weights with a mixture of low impact aerobics, strength training and stretching for a full body workout.

All Levels Pilates

For those who are new to Pilates or who would like to continue developing the fundamentals. Teachers will give various levels of each exercise to ensure that everyone in the class is working at their own level of difficulty.

Pilates/Small Equipment

Each class will involve Pilates mat exercises with a focus on one or more pieces of small equipment, such as ball, fitness circle, bands, etc. to add extra resistance or challenges in balance and agility.

Pilates & Weights

This class provides muscle conditioning using light weights and body weights combined with Pilates mat work for an overall, full body workout.

Pilates on the Ball

These classes take Pilates technique and exercises and apply them to the fitness ball to enhance stability and core muscle use. Focus is placed on proper breathing, posture and muscle alignment. 

Men’s Pilates

A full-body workout athletes swear by for sports conditioning, cross-training and a strong, injury resistant core.

 

Hatha Yoga

A traditional blend of yoga postures (asanas), conscious breathing (pranayama) and meditiation to relax, rejuvenate and enhance body/mind awareness. Modifications and variations are offered for different postures depending on ability.

Hatha Flow Yoga - All Levels

This class begins to build the foundation of a yoga practice. You'll receive individualized attention and adjustments as you gain flexibility, strength, and balance.  In each class we'll explore the specific alignment of different asanas (yoga poses) and asana sequences including sun salutations, standing, seated, backbends and inversions; as well as the relationship of movement and breath.  This class is perfect for beginners or for those who want to take their practice to a deeper level.  

 

Ballet Barre Fitness

Ballet Barre Fitness is designed to enhance flexibility, build long and strong muscles and develop coordination. Using the principles behind classical Ballet barre exercises, this class combines dance with fitness.
